Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And literally, breakfast is my favorite meal, as a food junkie if you get something to eat just after you wake up that it will be the best of all. Also, the taste for the breakfast differ for me day to day and to my mood, sometimes I love savory flavor or sometimes I might go for a sweet platter. And when you get a tasty breakfast that also makes you full with health benefits like the healthy breakfast then its a added bonus for your breakfast.
Granola is one of the tastiest and healthy breakfast you can start your day with, also if you are not a fan of oatmeal that definitely this recipe will make you love your oatmeal. I swear by this granola recipe whenever I crave for a sweet tooth for my breakfast bowl.
For this Granola recipe, you will need:-
- Oats- 2 cups.
- Natural Peanut Butter (at room temperature)- 3/4th cup.
- Date Palm Syrup- 1/2 cup.
- Almonds- 3/4th cup.
- Raisins- 1/2 cup.
In a bowl take the oats and add the peanut butter to it, also add the date palm syrup. Then mix the ingredients properly, so that all the oats get rolled onto the peanut butter and the syrup.
Now crush all the almonds into small pieces and add it to the oats mixture and also add the raisins and again mix it.
Pour the granola mixture on a baking tray and spread it thoroughly and put it in the oven for 10 to 15 min at the temperature 350°C.
Now take it out from the oven and let it cool and enjoy now your bowl of granola breakfast.
This granola is full of vitamins, healthy fats and full of fibers to make you feel full.
